We used Mr. Tague for a complete garage rooftop deck project. We interviewed 3 contractors, and Mr. Tague was the only one who showed up on time and returned a quote immediately. He outlined the entire project, with a timeline and start date. All work was completed per his outline. Mr. Tague has been doing general construction in and it showed in how the project unfolded and progressed. At each stage he briefed us on its progress and other ancillary items that came up during the work that he found. The project came in on budget and actually finished a week ahead of schedule. We are very happy we chose him for our project.

I cannot recommend Mike and his team enough. They helped me reconfigure my master bedroom along with a few other projects after I purchased my home. It involved taking out walls, installing new drywall and lighting among other things and they were professional, reasonable, and did great work throughout the process. I will be using them again for future home projects and will be recommending them to other friends.

We needed a shower installed for our coaching staff to freshen up, and Mike and his team at CSI absolutely delivered. They completely gutted our existing bathroom—down to the sewer line beneath the concrete—and rebuilt it into a fully functional shower space. The quality of work and attention to detail were outstanding, and the entire process was handled professionally from start to finish. CSI has done great work on our condo building in North Center. Mike and his team has done work to our roof, sealing of the building, and general maintenance to the building. They are very responsive to coming out when there is an issue and has also done several different projects to our actual unit.
